TRUE SOL 100% Pure Yacon Syrup #Review

Yacon syrup is a natural, chemical free sugar alternative for your sweetening needs.

TrueSol Nutrition provide plenty of supplements for health and beauty. I have for you their Yacon Syrup.

My 6 year old son is a tea junkie like me, but he likes his sweet. To sweet for me that is for sure. With him being as ADHD as he is, I try to avoid sugar as much as possible. Before I heard about the Yacon syrup, I thought my only options were artificial sweeteners. I have recently been informed that artificial sweeteners are actually much worse for your ADHD child then real sugar.

The Yacon syrup was a bit thicker and darker then honey. The taste was strong. Much stronger then I was expecting. I actually found myself debating if I liked it or not, but continued to take a teaspoon everyday for the metabolism boosting effects anyways.

After a few days I actually found myself enjoying it. My son and I decided to try sweetening our tea with it. For most traditional flavors it paired well, although with some of the funkier fruity herbal infusions it did leave a weird aftertaste. He continues using it for his tea while I have been experimenting with other uses.

True Sols Yacon Syrup was great to counter the tartness of berries when I made my own fruit roll ups. I also liked in a nice dark roast cup of coffee as well. I successfully used the Yacon Syrup in my chai lattes and even just to add some flavor to steamed milk.

True Sol 100%Pure raw Yacon syrup is used not only as a sweetening alternative, but also as a probiotic to increase digestive health. Using ?yacon syrup once a day has been known to help boost weight loss, aid with detoxing. You can use it as an appetite supressent ehich is what makes it such a weight loss booster.
Go ahead and give it a try
