I have always heard rumours of using silicone to bake with, but could not get my old school butt in gear to try it out. There was something so familiar about metal baking pans. Unlike traditional bakeware , all I had to do is put my finger underneath and pop the muffin right out! Zero sticking. Seriously. I had no reason to spray the pan which made clean up a breeze.
