Pure Body Naturals has a variety of supplements and healthcare products. I am lucky to review  their Garcinia Cambogia.

I have been struggling with weight loss for the past 5 years. When I stopped drinking alcohol I gained almost 100 pounds. I know they say you will lose weight when you cut out the alcohol , but I eat while dealing with addiction problems so that was not the case for me.

Summit Nutrition has quite a selection of health and beauty supplements. I am reviewing their Pure Raspberry Keytones.

The first thing I noticed when I opened my bottle of Pure Raspberry Keytones is that they smelled delicious! Nothing is worse then having to swallow something that smells all funky and gross. Plus they were red which is a color I most associate with raspberry. I liked that they were capsules as well. Capsules for me are much easier to swallow then tablets and do not get stuck in your throat which that nasty chalky taste.

What I like the most about Summit Nutrition Pure Raspberry Key tones is that there are no fillers or additives. 100% extracted from natural resources. They help break down fat and maintain a healthy digestive system. I did not a change in my bathroom habbit the first week, but it stabled out shortly after.

Everyone needs a little sugar in their life right?

Browsing Pinterest like I always do, I found so many recipes for natural,healthy DIY fruit roll ups. I love a nice healthy alternative as much as the next person so I got anxious to try it out. Of course I had nothing I needed and my son was in bed so I couldn't go out. I decided to leave it be and go to bed... JUST KIDDING. 

I decided since it was my first shot to just use what ever I could find, no recipe, and see what happens.. This fluorescent red result obviously not 100% Natural, but still 100% delicious!

I used 

• 1 large can of peaches in heavy syrup
• 1 can of unsweetened applesauce
• 1 package of strawberry Jello
• 1 cup of cold water

First pour the entire contents of the peaches into a saucepan and simmer for a while

I used a potato masher to break it up while it was cooking down.

Then I added the applesauce and brought to a boil for 5 minutes or so.

Turned off heat and added the Jello. Mixed well.

Poured the mixture into the blender with the cold water . blend till smooth

Waited a while for it to cool down a bit and start to thicken.

spread it on my Excaliber sheets and let it dehydrate for about 8 hours.

I would love to show you a completed picture, but they were devoured faster then I could roll them up. I reccomend checking them after 7 hours because some of the thinner spreads were over done.

This moving business is not good business!

Moving across the country was not as easy a it sounded. It has been one thing after another, but it is getting there. I finally get internet installed tomorrow which is nice because I miss you all! I have so many fun recipes and products I have been up to the past two weeks. I cannot wait to share them with you!!

This is a highly functional, modern version of the all time classic salt and pepper mill.

Ozeri provides us with an amazing product selection for home technology. I am pleased to review the Fresko Duo Salt and Pepper Mill.

What tastes better then freshly ground spices? Trick question because there is nothing that tastes better . I can always taste what has been cooked with 20 year old pantry herbs and what has been freshly ground.

 I have been using salt and peppers mills for a long time now. The only downside is how big and bulky they are. It is hard to keep them in the cabinet because of the height and huge turning handles and They aren't my style to keep out on the table.

Ozeri's Fresko Duo Sat and Pepper Mill took everything I knew about the Mills and flipped it upside down. Not only is the salt and peeper in one mill, but the entire thing is slim and fits perfectly inside my cabinets.Too.

To fill the chambers all you do is unscrew the small part under the removable cap. Very easy. Also made is super to clean as well in case of long term use buildup. The grinders are ceramic and the plastic is BPA free. Such a great gift Idea!
