I was in love the second I unwrapped the first glass. The contoured shape felt natural in my hand.  I used to work at Starbucks as a barista. Between my work shifts and using traditional glass shot glasses and home I barely had any finger tips left at all. Ozeri's 2oz Double Walled Espresso Shot Glasses provide the insulation you need to keep your finger from turning into crisps.

I just love the idea of stemless Martini glasses. The stability alone is appealing. Not to mention they provide a fun, nontraditional look while remaining classy. When I go to a cocktail party the last thing I want t do is put my glass down. I can never remember which one is mine when everyone's looks alike!

The three other sayings are "know which rules can be BROKEN", "Always Double Down on 11", and Befriend THE Bartender".  Tommy Bahama really got me with these hilarious martini glasses.

I have always heard rumours of using silicone to bake with, but could not get my old school butt in gear to try it out. There was something so familiar about metal baking pans. Ozeri Green Earth Frying Pan #Review

Thought you were all set with traditional nonstick?
You clearly have not tried Ozeri's Green earth Ceramic Nonstick frying pan.

Ozeri has the latest and greatest of home technology. This Green Earth pan is just one of the many items I have had the pleasure to review.

I have purchased quite a few of the "green" pans from as seen on tv or local shops. None of them lasted as long as was claimed on the package. It is very disappointing. I would like to trust the packaging not to lie. Ozeri has some of my favorite home products. They have yet to steer me wrong with any labels or advertisements.

The 12" Pan is my third Green earth Frying pan. They come in 8" and 10" as well which were my first two. I have had my Smaller ones about a year and have still yet to use any butter or oils. I do recommend only using wood or rubber because Metal utensils will scratch and ruin the non stick coating.Cleaning is a breeze. A little soap and a soft sponge gets it spotless every time. No need for scrubbing.

Watermelon Jerky with Excalibur Dehydrator

Watermelon Jerky? Yes please!

I am the lucky duck who found at the recycling center an Excalibur food dehydrator for FREE!! Of course I had to experiment with anything and everything I had in my kitchen. I knew I could not go wrong with watermelon, but I was not prepared for the amazing results! They tasted like a chewy jerky and a watermelon Jolly Rancher in one. The best part? No added sugar!

First I cut the watermelon into roughly 1/2 inch thick pieces.
 I wasn't picky as you will see in the pic below. 
I set my Dehydrator to 145 degrees.
 After 15 hours it looked like this.

I snuck a bite and was in heaven! So sweet and delicious.
After about 30 hours it was perfection!
