Matcha DNA has revolutionized the way we prepare matcha green tea today.
Matcha DNA delivers all the quality and taste you love in a convenient single use packets. I was lucky to have the chance to review their Matcha Green Tea.
I am a a cast iron pot, loose leaf only tea junkie..also known as a tea snob. I don't see anything wrong with loving the best! I have been grinding my own matcha, but it is so much work. I love Matcha because instead of steeping the leaves, you actually dissolve the green tea powder directly into your liquids giving you 100% benefits it has to offer. Matcha is best when fresh but buying it in small containers at a time can get pretty expensive.
That is what I love about Matcha DNA. They deliver the Matcha in single serve, freshley sealed packages. The price is around the same of other matcha purchasing methods, but with such little waste it definitly is more tea for your dollar. I love not having to drink the bitter matcha at the end of a container anymore. I love Matcha DNA and love that it is 100% organic as well.

Matcha Latte
1. Start with putting 1 teaspoon of the powdered green tea called Matcha into a tall cup. If you see clumps in Matcha, it is better to sift the powder.
2. The next step is to add 20ml of hot water, not boiling (about 80ºC) into the Matcha.
3. Beat well with a cappuccino maker until you achieve foamed Matcha.
4. Prepare hot milk, not boiling (about 60ºC). Beat the milk with a cappuccino maker.
5. Now you have foamed matcha and foamed milk separately.
6. Pour the steamed milk into your Matcha slowly.
7. You will start to see white circle in the middle.
8. Then put the foamy milk bubbles on the top of the steamed milk.
